The Dow Centre for Youth houses three fine services for youth in our community.
Big Brothers Big Sisters believes every child should have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential, both as individuals and citizens – that by doing so, they will not only do well, they will also do good.
They believe that by changing the course of young lives they can in turn be changing the course of a community's future. That it could lead to a reduction in poverty and unemployment.
They believe that opening a child's eyes to what is – opens their mind to what could be.
The third service in the Dow Centre is Rebound. Created in 1984, Sarnia-Lambton Rebound has successfully served over 13,000 young people from across Lambton County with their effective community-based programs for youth. As leaders in life skills facilitation, education, and cognitive skill development programs, Rebound has played an integral role in the development of these programs.
The Sarnia Rotary Charitable Foundation was proud to contribute to the building of this fine facility. We are
equally proud of the fine work these three organizations do for our youth.
